Destination: Awesomeville
2012. A new beginning. A fresh start. I look ahead to tentatively plan my travels for this year. Here is a map I've made of where I've been in the world so far. Curse the gods of Skyrim for sending that Earthquake preventing me from visiting Tokyo, but at least I haven't had to find an awkward place on the map to squish it in.  So I'm planning two trips this year, if all works out. The first is going to hopefully be San Diego Comic Con in July. Failing to get a ticket or a reasonable hotel room, I'll have to plan a backup trip with my friends. I'd like to hit a white state or more, if that happens. Really not sure what to do at this point. Planning trips is so fun, no matter where the destination is. The second trip will be in the fall. I decided I need to revisit NYC. Maybe this time I can get to Rhode Island just to say I have. I really want to see Book of Mormon on Broadway. 2013, if the world still exists, I'm going to give Tokyo another attempt! 2014 looks like a good year to revisit Australia. I always hear Jack yelling, "WE HAVE TO GO BACK!" at Kate in my head. You know where he's talking about? That's right, AUSTRALIA. Sorta. I plan on getting a gaming headset ASAP as well. I can't wait. Here's to 2012. Hopefully it's a good one. |
