God Damn It EA!So I like many others was very unsatisfied with the ending of Mass Effect 3, and personally I believe it was more likely a problem caused by the distributer EA rather than Bioware, especially since the rest of the game was so solid with the exception of a few bugs here and there. Anyhow about a week ago my copy of Mass Effect 3 stopped allowing me to load previous saves as well as start a new game. It will either freeze at the loading screen (when I load a game) or will slowly degrade if I start a new game (start first cut scene, loose sound on earth cutscene and freeze once I get control of shepard).

It will either freeze at the loading screen (when I load a game) or will slowly degrade if I start a new game (start first cut scene, loose sound on earth cutscene and freeze once I get control of shepard).
So naturally I posted my issue on the bioware tech support forum, but no response so I also contacted the EA support for Mass Effect, since Bioware has no online support other than the forums. The first person i spoke with just basically ran through what anyone would have done before even contacting them (clean the disc, clear your cache, install the game, etc.) of course this didn't bother me that much since I figured at the end they would just tell me to do X and I could get a new copy. However they suggested something to me and while I tested it they ended the messaging. Obviously I was a bit ticked but I got another chat hooked up the next day, which went better.
Previous to that though I rented another copy of Mass Effect 3 so I could prove to whoever that it WAS a problem with the disc and not my Xbox (the rented copy played fine). So I talked to the new chat person and they gave me a phone number to call about getting a replacement of my copy, which I was happy about. BUT I tried calling it the other day to find out 2 things 1.) They are only open 9-5 on Weekdays (which isn't that bad really) and 2.) That the phone call costs nearly $3 a minute! So basically I have to pay $3/min to have them tell me what I need to do to get a replacement for a faulty product.......
.....
God Damn It!
