Hell, I don't think Ben wants to fix the site, he simply wants to roll out his blingy features and go 'look at what I done did!'.
If I were you guys, I'd quit waiting for Ben for support. Go to Adam (the new guy who can actually fix shit) and Burnie (the guy who writes the checks).
