I love this song so much. If you haven't heard it, go check it out. For real. It's amazing, dude.
It's been a while since I've updated this thing. I guess I'll go in order. For one, my womancrush is no longer my womancrush. As much as I love her, that was such a terrible idea. Good news is we're still good friends. We were a little awkward at times, but overall good things.
Secondly, I moved. Across town. I'm still in Richmond, but I'm no longer in Henrico Country. Instead, I'm closer to my three best friends. But this complicates things a little because my other band members, my other best friends, are still where I used to live. So I have to drive half an hour to get to band practice now. And, of course I moved pretty far away from Owen.
But, on the bright side, the house is absolutely gorgeous. I love it.
Last, but not least, the Modern Birds show went fantastically well. I was surprised and impressed with us. We met some really cool guys in the other bands. If you haven't heard of The Radiance Effect or Sean Lean, go check 'em out (just thought it would be nice to give them a promo).
If you live in the RVA and missed the last show and want to go to one, good news! We're playing at Alley Katz on the 21st. It's going to be unbelievably rad. We have a few new songs. I think we have a five song set. So come check us out and then find us to say hello. We're friendly, I promise.
