Meh ............... Figures ............
Well it bloody figures ....... I'm startled ... NOT surprised. My TV died just last week picture went on it, and knowing these new fangled modern TV's it's probably the main chip. That bloody all in one wonder that does everything for the picture, voltage, and timing. wonder how much it's gonna cost? not to worry ... us techs is trained in how to repair audio and video equipment, now lemme get my A/V study book out *cough* eh? lil dusty! Well the plan will be to get it fixed just gotta wait until I can haul it's heavy arse in to work. "hey Salty, you starin at yer wife and kids all day and shaping around to be a loving, nurturing father now?" you ask.

So then what's a guy like me do when his 32" CRT of 4 1/2 years goes down do? Goes out and gets a 42" HD Plasma made by the leader in HD plasma technology. Check er out eh:

Watchin' discovery channel right now and just watched "Future Weapons" and they showed this stuff called the Dragon Skin balistic vest .... OMFG it not only stopped 7.62 from an AK it took an M-67 Frag grenade. Google it bitches! Canada has got to get some of that!
I was drafted on to a curling team two weeks ago for the annual EME Bonspeil. Drafted by my platoon Warrant Officer (that's one up from Sgt and one shy of CSM in the CF) Him, his missus (a MCpl) and W/O Legeer from Ops & Trg decided to become a team and all of us Sigs Fags going to a Vehicle tech function no less ha! Warrant Legeer is EME though a Weapons tech. Out of all of us ... I was the more experienced Rock pitcher and they dubbed me to be the Skip (Captain) yeah! Well we'll see how I pan out as Skip but we don't expect to win .... nay we plan to be a visual discrace to the EME name and being that 3/4 of our team is sigs .... sounds like fun to me.
