My Theories and Thoughts My thoughts are as follows: I really liked that Red vs Blue was revived. I think it was the only genuinely good show rooster teeth ever produced. I loved all the characters, and i grew up with it since I was like thirteen. Now its been like six years. It is something I will remember for all the years to come.
Reconstruction was good but it focused a lot more on the serious plot than the old RVB comedic relief. Even though parts were still funny. I enjoyed seeing all the old characters again. (I missed Tucker though. He needed more than a voiceover).
The plot itself was fun and I liked how it revolved around a central villain. often times the Meta reminded me of the Predator, but that movie is badass, so I can't complain.
I hated that it turned out the whole time Church was the Alpha. That really pissed me off. i hated it. I like it no, but i still feel it was unneeded.
I did like the finale. It all tied up well. I like how it left things open for us to decide.
My theory is this:
Rooster teeth will take a couple years brake with anything RVB related and then come back with another series. Much reminiscent of the first two seasons of RVB. Just the two teams battling it out. This way all the characters could return.
I think Church (our church, not the director) is alive but because Caboose is putting Epsilon into a new body. Epsilon was the memories and Church can get the rest of his AI pieces later as the new series develops. Maybe we can have two or three new members of each team.
As for the Meta and Wash. I think the EMP might have been too powerful for the Meta to handle and might be dead, or just back to agent Maine. Wash is alive but he is still injured from the gunshot. I could have been fatal for all we know.
As long as the series stays true to what it originally was, just the Base versus Base adventures that the series would finally end peacefully.
