Yeah, it said the same thing when I ordered my copy of the book. As soon as they get some copies in, they'll ship it to you. And they won't charge your card until they have the item you asked for.
You could order it from Amazon USA, but it'll probably cost you more for shipping. Either way, it's a good read and worth picking up.
Hey - says that it's in stock now. Amazon shouldn't be out of stock with it ever, since it has special printing privledges. Now, I'm going ot the bathroom - this weekend wasn't kind to me (seven hundred more ice creams, I think, will do that).
