Hello World!
Hey everyone! If you have ever taking a computer science course you know where that title came from. Well I created my profile about a year ago or so, but didn't have access to reliable internet so I forgot about it for awhile. But now I have great internet connection so I though I would start my very own journal. Awesome. This is my first time doing anything like this so I have no idea how it's gonna go, but it's going to be fun to see how it turns out. Anyway, I'm going to start off my journal with an awesome game idea me and my friends had. The epic idea (and trust me, it is epic!). I live in a college dorm, all male floor. If you ever been in college you know you can come up with crazy ideas to amuse yourself for awhile. Well two guys on the floor have started trying to sneak up and scare each other, and they have been keeping a tally of how many times they scare each other. A few of us were talking about it today and decided it would make a great game. So for the rest of the semester four guys on my floor will be trying their best to scare the pants off of each other, with me acting as the judge in case of a dispute. We have got most of the rules already laid out, but we are keeping it open to change in case something comes up we didn't expect. But anyways, I though i would post the rules on here so other people can try this game out. I think I might put this in the forums though so more people can see it, because as I am writing this now, I have no friends :( sad i know. On to the rules! (it's best to put aside one person to be a judge) 1) The person being scared has to have some physical reaction, it has to be more than a flinch, like if a fist was coming at your face. That is not allowed and does not count. 2)You can only get one point per day. This rule was implemented because we will be playing this game for weeks and it would get old fast if you got scared 20 times a day. Also we would be to paranoid to leave our rooms for class. 3)You get a half point for placing a calling card somewhere in the persons room or office depending on where you play. You only get 5 calling cards a week and they are issued by the judge so there is no forging. You can only use one calling card at a time. 4)You get one full point for putting your calling card in the clothes of the person who is playing while they are wearing them. 5)Judge rule! This rule is because the judge has got to have some fun to. The judge can plant calling cards as well, but they are worth no points, only for fun. Also if the judge scares you, you lose a point. It's best to make someone who is not a good scarer as the judge. 6)Bonus Points! You get one bonus point for a humorours reaction to your scare, if there is a witness. You get another bonus points for being outside of the dorms. This second could be work place or home, whichever applies to you. Judges rule is final. That's all there is to it. Like i said i will probably place this in the forums somewhere so more people have access to it. And now that i've got that out their, i'm done for the day, so goodnight roosterteeth community, and watch out for the bed bugs, because they bite, hard...and it hurts. Edit: Nevermind about the posting the rules in the forums, tried to start my own thread and found out i had to have a karma lvl of 5. So maybe later if i remeber |
