Fucken Maine.
Yeah so what exactly is the difference between an OUI and a DWI? Ok...lemme rephrase that. I KNOW what the difference is between an OUI and a DWI. I DO! But the fucken cop who arrested me apparently doesn't? Yeah I refused to take a drug test on my court date. Why? Well it's very simple your honor, BECAUSE I SMOKE POT AND I DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW! Not to mention it's not even the reason I got arrested. OUI involves being intoxicated in general. I was charged with (Say it with me) DWI! Chht. Ok, let the record show that I indeed breathed a 0.08. The actual legal limit. But since we were in Maine where little to NOTHING happens, the officer felt like he was gonna be all super cop and take me down to the station anwyayz. So yeah, there's 90 days without a liscense, 150 dollars to bail my ass out. And another 500 in fines at the court. Man, I fucken hate this State.
