The dual holsters was for the debate. As it turns out, my patrol belt was too big and I ditched the drop holster for a hip holster. You can get them online or even Sgt Grit I think.
Apparently, there was some rule that said all Academy grads had to take it before graduation, and no one ever really paid attention to it. They "found" it at some point, and the class that they "re"-instituted the rule with was the class RIGHT after mine. :D:D:D:D:D
