Platypus
Here is a poem I wrote. Well I was supposed to write one, so I wrote a bunch of nonsense, and this is what happened. Enjoy: Platypus Platypus Platypus, Platypus sitting on a rock Are you a duck Platypus? You don’t look like much of a duck. Are you a beaver? I don’t think beavers are that ugly. Are you natures joke Platypus? No, that’s the penguin. They can’t fly. But at least penguins are always dressed up. They get invited to parties But you, Mr. Platypus, do not. I feel bad for you Platypus. You’re just nature’s screw up. Maybe nature was trying to make a point. Something about treatment of others, Based on looks. I think you got the short end, Of the stick. A stick you can’t chew on, Because you have a duck bill, Instead of beaver teeth. Platypus, you are just weird. Platypus. |
