29 year-old female from Macon, GA
I've lived all over the world as an Airman in the United States Air Force. Recently I separated from the Air Force to pursue a college education. Right now I'm going to school full time to earn a History degree. My future goal is to become a college professor teaching history (preferably American history). If you want to be my friend that's great but talk to me first. I do not accept any friend requests from anyone under the age of 18 and I do not accept any random friend requests.

23 Days left

That's how many days left until the wedding and I'm freaking out just a bit. I still don't have shoes that fit or a proper bra to wear under the dress. I know you guys are thinking why even wear one, but it's not an option. I just ordered my veil yesterday and since my dress is ivory I'm praying that the veil matches close enough. On top of that the friend who said she would make the cake is majorly sick right now with either pneumonia or bronchitis (maybe both) and most major bridal cake places want at least 4 weeks notice for a cake, here's to hoping that she gets better soon.

In other news I have the reenactment of Louis XVI's trial in school today that I have gotten behind on my readings for so I'm off to try and ready 200 pgs and study for a Spanish Test today all before noon (it's 7:15 now). I better get cracking!

On TV last night, Mike Rowe of the Dirty Jobs series went to ??? AFB in Kansas to work with the tank rats. It was wild watching the thin frame women skinny through the small wing hatch while Rowe struggled. Looked like a really nasty job caulking leaking rivets from the inside. When they finished that, they went into a 135r to remove a leaking bladder. Amazing to see them unlace and pull it through the small hatch. When Rowe asked what the foul smell was, the woman replied they were right underneath the toilet, something that was prone to leaking.

Pretty interesting story that ended up with a mid air refueling ride.

Hey, I need a mailing address for you, for delivery of Thai trinkets. Couldn't find any silk, but picked up lots of neat random things for people.

I haven't bought the plane tickets yet, but I think on the way down we have a layover in Houston and on the way back is Atlanta. That would be cool to meet up. We plan to return some time on Thursday June 3rd. I will let you know whenever it is for certain.

What you could use is a leash/harness thing for cats called "Come with Me," we usually use it with Sasha to let her get out when we have to pee... so she can stretch her legs and get the jitters out. The only catch is to get the harness on her BEFORE she's in the carrier. After that, it's really easy.

I'd have used it on this car trip... but we forgot to put it on her in the mad rush to get me on the road.

I have never heard if it's easy or hard I just heard there can be opportunities and if you want to try something it never hurts to try for it.

Thanks! The way I looked at it even if I don't get my to pick or if I do and it's not what I want there are always chances to cross train. I will probably ask you some questions when I get my AFSC.
