Also, you can't tell me that the people he's associated with in his life haven't affected his descision making or how he veiws the world in the slightest.
Plus McCain gets bonus points for Navy. He is brought up three seperate times in Basic when Naval history is discussed. The man is of Navy ledgend.

And the people Obama is associated with? Everyone is influenced by people which in turn, in one way or another, effects their decision making. Please elaborate on how this is a negative quality that would logically dissuade you from voting for Obama.
You're right. McCain did an excellent job in the Navy. I respect him very much for that. However, I find that his views on the war are highly disturbing, and his economic strategies are more of the same, which will only sink our economy further into crisis. So, as you can see, while I do respect the Navy, I don't think that naval experience necessarily adds to one experience as a professional leader.
Well, I'm not dead. I've just been on XBL the entire time. My computer is a piece of crap and takes too long to load up, so most of the time I just say screw it. I'm working on getting a new one, or even a laptop! :D
