Screw Bioshock!
Well, screw the developers at least. My girlfriend goes out and does a wonderful thing like buying me a game I had been anticipating for a long time and what happens when I look at the system requirements? You need an internet connection in order to play the game at all. So she had to return it. Screw that! Not everybody has the internet on their computer (I'm typing this up from work, not at home by the way). I think it's a bit early to start having SINGLE-PLAYER games require you to go online. That's why they're single-player! I'm stuck with copies of Half-Life 2 and Lost Planet that I can't enjoy 'cause of that stupid requirement. In all fairness, I had pretty much the same rant when games started requiring Windows 95 and also with CD-Roms (though not DVD-Roms 'cause I already had one by then Screw Bioshock! P.S. And thank you hon' for buying me the game. I know it didn't turn out like you had hoped, but I love you for it all the same |
