It's been a long time...
Well, its been a long time, sports fans. A recap of what I've been up to. I graduated high school in the bottom half of my class because I didn't care. But I was class president and had a speaking part in graduation. Pretty cool. I started my first quarter of college in the fall of '08, and boy was it fun. Doing the very stereotypical college thing with parties and shit... it sounds bad now, but I feel like it was part of the experience. During that time, I worked for the Obama campaign and various PACTs, getting out there and spreading the word. I feel this was my most important accomplishment at school. The school I went to stopped accepting my financial aid, so I moved back home. I started partying more and more, while going to a community college. It was killing me. Finally a friend talked me into playing some of my music at a local musical festival, and it pretty much saved my life. I'm now the lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and lyricist of a band. So yeah, drink a lot less. play a lot more music. So, that is basically my life. |
