Mass Effect 3!
Still can't believe this game comes out in less than a month. I forgot to pre-order the Collector's Edition so I ended up having to go through Sears.com to find one in stock so I missed the pre-order bonuses but how an you not get the CE on a game like this?

Multiplayer which is separate but impactful on the single-player storyline, not to mention it looks just as good as say GOW3. A story-driven RPG with all of the game play mechanics of a first rate 3rd person shooter. Plus the space battle at the end is gonna be unreal considering all the allies Shepard can gather up to take back Earth. Might be the best sci-fi space battle of all time...of all time.

Little disappointed the seem to have made the game with a darker color palette though, I understand what they were going for, just makes me miss the first game a little more.
